I am a Malaysian living in the UK for eight years and have gradually seen my cooking style evolve to include not just Asian dishes, but also British, French, Italian and now Greek food. My travels inform what I get up to in the kitchen, and so this blog will not only be just about the food I cook but the sights, sounds and smells of the places I travel to. My shelves (both food and books) are crammed with ingredients and ideas from near and far for dishes I have yet to make. Food and travel will thankfully always be inexorably linked, so let’s celebrate that!
